Application Form 8-Week Course

Dates of Learning Sessions on Zoom: Every Thursday, from 5 October – 23 November  
Time Duration: 2,5 hours per session, 6:00 – 8:30 PM (Vietnam Time)

Deepening Practice Session: Sunday 12 November (subject to change)
Time Duration: 3,5 hours including 30 minute break,  from  2:30 – 6:00 PM (Vietnam Time)

The aim of this course: It is to promote awareness of your mind and body through the cultivation of mindful awareness. It is suitable for people wishing to enhance their general physical and mental wellbeing. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, recurrent depression or feel generally ‘dissatisfied’ with your life, this course could offer you some skills in how to better respond to the ‘ups and downs’ of everyday living. The program is a skills-based learning course and is not group therapy. It is not being offered as a treatment for any specific physical or psychological condition. It is not suitable for people who are currently experiencing very severe problems in these areas.
